The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the city through the park and near Victoria Pde for pubs and other attractions. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. It is also conveniently located near the MCG, which is perfect for attending events. The rooms have a quaint and old-world charm, with some even offering a kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed. The staff are cooperative and helpful, and the breakfast is satisfactory, with options being replenished regularly.
It would be better if the parking situation was improved, as having only one-hour parking spots on the street can be inconvenient for guests who have cars.

Easy parking, beautiful location near tram stops. Enjoyed walking through Fitzroy Garden. Lovely courtyard for breakfast. Staff friendly. Good value, comfortable rooms with microwave. Convenient for medical appointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room, though not huge, wasvery comfy and tidy, providing everything we needed. The staff were wonderful, particularly with my disabled, elderly mother. The hotel's proximity to the Fitzroy gardens was a great advantage and we enjoyed exploring this beautiful green space. the hotel's location close to public transport, with a tram stop at the end of the street, made it easy for us to travel around the city. The inclusive smorgasbord breakfast was a generous and delicious start to the day, providing great value for money.
